STEP 01
Raw Material Selection
Quality begins with selecting appropriate materials. Stainless steel grades are chosen according to instrument specifications, intended applications, and required mechanical properties.
STEP 02
Forging & Shaping
The instrument begins taking shape through suitable forging, cutting, and forming operations. Careful shaping establishes the foundation for strength, balance, and functional accuracy.
STEP 03
Precision Machining
Machining, grinding, and dimensional adjustments help achieve the required instrument profile. Particular attention is given to working tips, cutting edges, gripping surfaces, and moving components.
STEP 04
Heat Treatment
Where applicable, controlled heat treatment helps achieve the required hardness, strength, and mechanical characteristics for the instrument’s intended function.
Grinding & Polishing
Surface finishing improves the instrument’s appearance, smoothness, and handling. Depending on product requirements, instruments may receive a satin, matte, or mirror-polished finish.
STEP 06
Assembly & Alignment
Multi-part instruments are assembled and adjusted for proper alignment, smooth movement, secure gripping, and reliable mechanical operation.
STEP 07
Quality Inspection
Instruments are examined against applicable product specifications, including dimensions, surface condition, alignment, functionality, and finishing quality.
STEP 08
Packaging & Dispatch
Following final approval, instruments are prepared for packaging and dispatch according to agreed product and customer requirements.
